I don't eat cream cheese, so my grandmother always made me this when everyone else had smoked salmon and cream cheeses bagels.

Whisk eggs (with or without milk)

Melt butter or margarine in a pan

Add eggs to pan. Stir continuously until scrambled how you like them

Toast bagel and add butter or marg when toasted.

Add smoked salmon to scrambled eggs.

Put scrambled eggs and salmon mixture onto toasted bagel.

Add black pepper and lemon juice to taste.

Eat and enjoy.
