Oven temp: 200c
Preheat the oven. Cook the potatoes in lightly salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes, or until tender.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes, or until soft. Add the bacon and fry for 5-6 minutes, or until crispy.
Arrange half the potato in the bottom of a greased ovenproof dish and season with salt and pepper. Spoon in the cooked onion, garlic and bacon then cover with the remaining potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Pour the cream over the top of the tartiflette and sprinkle on the cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden.
Meanwhile, cook the peas according to the packet instructions to be ready at the same time as the tartiflette.
Serve the tartiflette with the peas and enjoy.
