Used my vouchers from Tesco for being part of the Orchard programme.

Heat oven to 220 c/180 c gas 6. Melt butter in big frying pan and add the bacon until it changes colour. Add the onion and fry to soften. Add the potatoes and cover pan for 20 - 25 mins, stir occasionally.

When the potatoes are ready transfer the mixture to a large dish and chop the haddock into chunky pieces and add together and then add the creme friache and mix all together and place in over for approx 40 mins.
