Smoked mackerel dip recipe

Remove the skin from the mackerel fillets and place the fish into a food processor.
Add the cream cheese, fromage frais, horseradish, parsley, spring onions and lemon juice.
Serve with breadsticks, tortilla chips and chunky vegetable sticks.
