Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Egg

A very special breakfast or brunch for a very special day. A real treat for someone special.

Arrange the smoked salmon slices onto your serving plates

Crack 4 large eggs into saucepan and add a knob of butter and a splash of milk. Season with ground black pepper and a pinch of salt

Stir vigorously to combine ingredients. Put onto hob on a medium heat. As it starts to cook stir gently until scrambled egg is soft and fluffy.

Divide the scrambled egg between the plates of smoked salmon. Serve with hot buttered toast.

Do not overcook the scrambled eggs. Remember they will continue to cook even when taken off the heat.
