Smoked Salmon and egg rolls

Blend together mayo, tartare sauce and cream cheese

chop parsley finely and add to sauce

Hard boil eggs. Chop hard-boiled eggs and mix with sauce.

Carefully lay smoked salmon slices flat onto a plate

Share egg mixture between the salmon slices. Roll the salmon slices up around the egg.

Put onto a plate and garnish with rocket tomatoe halves and cucumber. Drizzle with balsamic dressing.

Serve with granary bread and butter. Warm the bread in the oven first if liked.

Makes a very nice easy starter.

  • 8 slices cucumber
  • 1tbsp finest balsamic dressing
  • 4 slices Granary bread and butter
  • 2tbsp philladelphia cream cheese with garlic and herbs
