Smoked salmon and horseradish wrapped asparagus recipe

Add this recipe to your binder.
Half fill a saucepan with water and bring to the boil.  Drop the asparagus spears into the pan for 1 minute.  Drain the asparagus and plunge into cold water, then drain again.

Mix together the cream cheese and horseradish and spread thinly on each slice of smoked salmon then wrap the salmon around one or two asparagus spears (depending on thickness) and either eat immediately or secure with a cocktail stick to serve later.
