Quick, tasty and indulgent.
Cook the spaghetti. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small pan, add the garlic and cook for 1 min. Remove this from heat.
Lightly beat the cream, eggs, softened garlic and half the Parmesan together. Stir in the smoked salmon.
Once the pasta is al dente drain and return to the pan. Add the salmon mixture and toss well so the heat from the pasta lightly thickens the sauce. Serve scattered with the remaining Parmesan and black pepper.
Can add chives for an extra touch.
