smoked salmon pasta recipe

cook the pasta according to packet instructions, adding the peas a few minutes before the end of cooking time.

drain reserving a small amount of cooking water in the pan.

add the soft cheese to the pan and heat until melted, loosen with the milk into a creamy sauce. add the pasta and peas back to the pan to warm through along with the flaked smoked salmon.

serve with chopped chives and black pepper to taste.

  • 80g tesco's finest smoked salmon, flake
  • 100g philadlphia soft cheese
  • 50mls milk
  • 100g Frozen peas
