My husband and I have been enjoying this for years as my father in law fishes for trout and smokes his own so we have a regular supply! Never get bored of it, and its ready so quickly too.
Cook Pasta, and in a seperate pan simmer the sweetcorn.
In a separate pan on low heat add philadelphia, milk adn lemon and stir on a lwo heat until a sauce like consistency.
Add small strips of trout to the sauce and stir.
Drain pasta and sweetcorn and mix both together back in the empty pasta pan. Add in the sauce mixture and serve.
Sweetcorn can be substituted for peas if preferred
