Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and fry the onion until it starts to soften.
Add the red pepper and bacon, continue frying until bacon is cooked and pepper is soft.
Add garlic and fry for a further minute.
Blend the tin tomatoes and pour into the saucepan, with the paprika and basil, leave to simmer.
While sauce is simmering, cook the Fusilli Lunghi to your preference, drain and stir into sauce, season with salt and pepper.
Try the sauce with any pasta from the Tesco Finest range!
If you can‘t blend the plum tomatoes, use a fork to mash them or use chopped instead!
