Mix 375 Gluten free flour with half a pint of water
Place ingredients into a large bowl
Chop up 1 apple and mix into ingredients in the bowl
Place the bowl in a room for 2 hours
Add a pinch of salt
Knead and prove the bread twice
Coat a baking tray with a thin layer of melted butter and place in oven for 25 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius
Let the bread cool down and enjoy!
For best results, place the mix in a warm room, as I have found this matures the mix quicker.
