Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions. Ensure it is al dente!
While the pasta is cooking, finely dice the garlic and chilli. Warm the oil in a pan on a low heat and add the diced garlic and chilli.
Drain the spaghetti and add to the garlic and chilli oil. Warm through quickly and serve.
