My mum made this for many years and I have gradually made it my own
Cook Spaghetti as per directions on packet until al dente.
Heat a pot and place in mince. Brown mince slightly and add tomatoes and puree.
Optional: Make it your own by adding jam, honey, sweet chilli sauce and herbs to your liking.
Heat a pan and add butter until melted. Add flour to make a rue. Slowly add milk and stir until you have a nice constistancy. Add more or less milk as you like. Add cheese in a bit at a time until all mixed in. Add a tiny bit of mustard to bring out the flavour.
mix your spaghetti into your bolognais and add to a baking dish. Pour over cheese sauce. Sprinkle a little extra cheese over the top.
Bake in the oven at 180C/Gas Mark 4 for 30 to 50 minutes or until cheese goes golden.
Serve with a chopped salad or garlic bread.
