Spaghetti Bolognaise recipe

Heat the olive oil in a large pan

Chop the onions and garlic and sweat until seethrough

Brown the mince

Grate the carrot and slice the mushrooms and add to the pan

Fry until mushrooms are cooked

Drain the liquid

Add the chopped tomatoes, the tomato purée, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste

Simmer until the sauce is thick with little running juices

Bring a pan of water to the boil

Add the dried pasta and cook until it is soft with a bite

Serve with fresh Parmesan
