Chop the mushrooms and onions and add to a frying pan with oil. Fry until brown and then add the lamb mince and fry until brown.
Meanwhile cut up the rashers of bacon and add to pan, when bacon starts looking cooked, add sauce and stir. Season with salt and pepper and leave to simmer.
Meanwhile, boil the pasta according to packet instructions. Serve and enjoy!
