Simmer the spaghetti in boiling water with a pinch of oregano and oil.
Meanwhile, pan fry bacon with crushed garlic. Beat the eggs with seasoning and part parmesan and once the bacon is cooked chop into pieces and add to the beaten egg mix.
Drain the spgahetti and return to the pan with drop of oil on low heat. Add the egg and bacon mix and stir, allow the egg to cook but not to scramble.
Serve on a warm plate with remaining parmesan scattered on top.
