Boil some water and cook the spaghetti according to packet instructions.
Meanwhile, heat up some oil in a frying pan and add the bacon lardons, mushrooms and onions.
Drain the spaghetti when cooked and put back in the pan. Break the egg and mix with a fork and add to the pan, add the cooked bacon, mushroom and onion and stir together over a low heat for 2 minutes. Becareful not to scramble the egg. Finish by sprinkling with some cheese and serving.
