Fill a large saucepan with water and a tbsp of salt and place over heat.
Put some oil and the garlic in a large wok on medium heat,then add the crushed chillies and parsley and pour in the wine. Wait a minute and add the tomatoes with some salt. Add the cleaned mussels and stir well. Cover the pan until the mussels open their shells.
When the water for the pasta is boiling, drop in the spaghetti,stirring well.
When all the shells are opened,stir in the basil and remove from the heat.
As soon as the pasta will be ready,drain it and add to the mussels. Stir well and add the oil left. Serve it with a bit of finely chopped parsley.
