Spanish Chicken recipe

A wholesome dish that the family enjoy

Heat a large fry pan add the oil

Place in the chicken breasts cook until light brown transfer into oven proof dish.

Take fry pan add oions cook until soft add peppers, celery cook until tender add white wine and reduce by half.

Add knorr chicken stock pot . with 1 pint water.

Add 2 tins chopped tomatoes

Add Chopped Basil season to taste

pour over chicken cover and place into oven at 160 oC for 1.5 hours

serve with boiled rice

  • 2 400g cans canned chopped tomatoes
  • 1 pint water
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 2 tsp Corn oil
  • splash Dry white wine
  • 200g white rice
