Special Chocolate Strawbeery Cheesecake recipe

Melt butter in large saucepan

Crush digestives and add to pan leave heat on for a bit to melt chocolate. Mix thoroughly

Squash the mixture into the bottom of a round dish. Leave to cool

Mix the icing sugar with the mascarpone and spread over the biscuit base

Slice the strawberries in half and place on top of cheese mixture

Melt the jam and spread over the strawberries leave to cool

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Then using a spoon drizzle all over the top. Leave to cool and serve when needed

Lining the dish with parchment will make it easier to remove
