Scoot round the supermarket, grab some ingredients, then put together for this super-quick, good-as-made-it-yourself dish.
Cook the gnocchi in a large pan of boiling water for 2- 3 minutes until they rise to the surface. Remove from the pan and drain, then put the salsa, lemon juice and half of the zest into the empty pan.
Heat for 1-2 minutes, then stir in the gnocchi and and the basil.
Heat for another minute, divide between 2 bowls, then scatter over the remaining lemon zest.
