Always looking for good low-fat low-GI breakfasts, and upping the good omega 3 & 6 fats hence the chia seeds! This one has been tried and refined a few times! Used to use honey, but my neice is allergic but can have the agave nectar no problem.

mix the porridge, seeds, and spices, soak overnight in 100ml boiled green tea. Next morning add the soya (or almond or hazelnut) milk, microwave on full for 1 min, stir, microwave for another 1 minute, stir and add any additional milk needed, add a drizzle of agave nectar. Enjoy! Keeps you going for a good 3 and a half hours, and may help cut your cholesterol!

Add different spices to suit. Turmeric is quite interesting!
