Spiced roast salad potatoes recipe

A delicious way of adding some spice and flavour to small salad potatoes. This delicious and crispy side is loaded herbs and spices that’ll spruce up any dish.

Heat oven to Gas Mark 7, 220°C, fan 200°C. Pour the oil into a large roasting tray and heat in the oven for 5 mins.

Tip the potatoes into the tray and sprinkle over the chilli flakes, cumin seeds and some seasoning. Toss everything together and roast for 45 mins, turning once or twice, until crisp and tender.
