Spiced rum and raisin cream recipe

Gently heat the rum, cloves and spices in a small pan, over a low heat. Remove from the heat and add the raisins to soften. leave to cool. Using an electric whisk or hand beater, whip the cream and sugar into soft peaks. Remove the cloves from the liquid, then fold it through the cream. Serve with mince pies or chocolate cake.
