Using a vegetable peeler peel 3 large strip of orange peel, with least pith as possible. In a small saucepan bring the orange juice, cloves, star anise, cinnamon stick, bay leaves and brandy up to a boil. Take off the heat add the prepared orange zest and leave to cool. Once the orange mixture has cooled pour into 1 large or 2 medium jugs along with the ice. Top up with wine, lemonade, orange rounds and pomegranate seeds.
