Cut the Panini longways in half so you end up with 4
Brush the Olive Oil along each Panini and add some rub some crushed Garlic along the Panini also.
Place these under a hot grill for 2 mins
Remove from the Grill and Place the Anchovies, Sliced Olives and Chilli along the Panini
Place back under the grill for a further 2mins to warm, do not allow panini to burn
Remove for grill and serve with Fresh Parsley and Lemon Wedge
If you find the Anchovies too salty, rinse under Warm Water to remove some of the salt.
