Spicy Carrot Soup

Peel, cut and boil carrots.

In another pan, fry onion and add the rest of the ingredients.

Mix with the carrots.

Blend and serve.

Top with croutons and Greek yoghurt or cream.

  • 1 can 400g Tin Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp Butter (for frying)
