This recipe was passed to me from my husband‘s late aunt I have been making it for over 20 years and have been asked for it many times by friends and family

place dry ingredients into a medium sized saucepan, mix with a little ketchup into a paste, add the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Gently bring to the boil and gently simmer for 5 minutes stirring continuously.

very quick and simple to make but delicious as a BBQ dip or glaze

  • 50ml malt vinegar
  • 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp Clear honey
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tsp Medium curry powder
