This recipe is inspired by a Tom Kerridge recipe that i have adapted to make it cheaper and quicker to cook.
Finely chop onion and slice chorizo. Fry in a table spoon of oil for 10mins or until onions are soft
Add the tin of chopped tomatoes and chickpeas with the smoked paprika.
bring to the boil and then simmer for 15mins
Add the haddock fillets and cook for a further 10mins or until the haddock flakes apart.
Serve with crusty bread or couscous
Add chilli flakes for more spice
