Spicy meatballs recipe

Chop beef burgers into 8 then roll into balls in the palms of your hands
Heat 1tsp of oil in pan.
Fry meatballs in batches until brown all over.
in a large pan fry the onions in the other tsp of oil until soft then add the paprika to the pan
Add the fried meatballs to the onions then add the white wine and simmer on a high heat for 5 minutes
Add the tinned tomatoes, stock cube and simmer for 20 minutes
Meanwhile cook the spaghetti following the instructions on the packet
When the spaghetti and meatballs are cooked, adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper add the coriander and sour cream and stir but do not boil
Drain the spaghetti and place in a hot pan, add half of the sauce from the meatball to dress the spaghetti
Split the dressed spaghetti between 4 plates then top with the rest of the meatballs and sauce, season and sprinkle over the grated parmesan

This is a simple to prepare dish that tastes like it has taken hours of hard work

  • 150ml (1/4pt) - dry white wine
  • 400g can - chopped tomatoes
  • 1 - beef stock cube
  • 250g (9oz) - spaghetti
  • 1tbsp - coriander, chopped
  • 3 tbsp - sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp - grated parmasan cheese
