In a large frying pan fry the mince until browned.
Add the Cajun spice to the pan and cook for another minute.
Stir in the ketchup and the vegetables, then pour in the gravy and leave to simmer for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile cook the potatoes in a pan of boiling water for 15-20 minutes until soft.
Drain and then mash with the butter, and then stir in the ketchup.
