chop onion and fry lightly in olive oil, add crushed garlic
add risotto rice and fry lightly for 1-2 minutes, add lemongrass
add vegetable stock a little at a time until half gone, add chorizo sausage then add the rest of the vegetable stock. Cover and leave on a low heat stirring occasionally.
Add king prawns and pasta sauce then simmer for 10 minutes.
