Cook pasta in a pan of boiling salted water according to packet instructions.
Drain the oil from the anchovies and put 1tbsp into a pan. Heat gently for 1min. Reserve the remaining oil to use in another recipe.
Add the anchovies to the hot oil and cook for 1min. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 10min. Stir in the olives and cook for a further 1-2min. Drain the pasta, tip back into the pan and add the sauce. Toss and serve with lemon wedges.
