Cut medium sized potatoes into wedges.
Meanwhile, dry fry spices. Once they have roasted for a couple of mins on a high heat, put into a pestle and mortar with a tsp of paprika powder and grind them up until smashed nicely.
Add a good glug of olive oil (or any oil) and mix.
Pour over the wedges and bake in over on 200° C for about 40 minutes.
Can also be good for a snack, or a healthy, cheaper alternative to chips.
