Spinach Salmon Wrap front (h)

Mix tinned salmon with lemon juice, mayonnaise and season with ground black pepper to taste.

Place the salmon mixture, spinach and sliced cucumber along the centre of the wrap, fold and roll it to secure the filling.

Serve whole or sliced into smaller portions.
