I love healthy eating and often make my own dishes up and try new things.
Spray a pan with the garlic frylight and add the steak (dice first), add the cayenne pepper and chilli. Fry until cooked (approx 10-15mins)
Add a little boiled water to create a paste in the pan, this will be your salad dressing. (Add more/less spices to accommodate to your own tastes)
While the steak is cooking, prep your salad, wash salad leaves (if required), dry and add to a bowl, chopped onion, spring onions, yellow pepper and cherry tomatoes and to bowl.
Once steak is cooked and the water has reduced and turned into a paste, add all to your salad bowl and mix with salad spoons. Serve and enjoy :-)
(Add more water if needed to the steak to ensure you get enough to dress your salad full of the spicy flavours in the pan)
