Fry the onion and bacon until brown using the butter

Lightly boil the or steam the sprouts for around 6-10 minutes until softened.

Add the sprouts to the frying pan and cooks on a high heat for around 30 seconds to add the flavour of the dish and brown the sprouts slighty...

Serve as a side with a roast dinner...
