Sprouts with chestnuts2 HERO

Boil the Brussels sprouts for 4 minutes until tender, drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a large heavy pot, and add the butter, almonds and chestnuts. Season well.

To serve, reheat on the hob for 5 minutes on a medium-low heat until warmed through.
