Sprouts with garlic and herbs recipe

Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the shallots and garlic for 5 minutes, until softened. Stir in the sprouts and stock, and cook for 7-8 minutes. Add the parsley, mint and butter, and cook for another 2 minutes.
