Slice the Panini Longways in half so you end up with 4
Brush the Panini with Olive Oil and and add crushed Garlic
Place under hot Grill for 2 Mins, Then remove
One the Panini add a splash of tabasco sauce and brush into the Pantini
Open the Tin of Squid and Wash under water to remove Black Ink, or you can leave the Ink if you wish.
Place onto Panini along with the Sliced Chorizo
Place back under the grill for a further 2/3 Mins
Do not allow to Burn
Remove and Garnish with Fresh Parsley, Serve with a Lemon Wedge
If you like the Black Ink, Leave it on but don‘t add the Tabasco Sauce, You can also serve with Salad
