I had recently received my Orchard vouchers for some ongoing programmes, and was feeling peckish after a lengthy bike ride. These burgers made fantastic use of my vouchers, and provided me with a tasty meal for free!!

Fry the burgers over a moderate heat, for approx 4mins each side.

Heat the grill to Med-High, and toast the buns until browned.

Turn off the heat under the frying pan, and add one Melt to each burger. Place the frying pan under the grill, and cook for 10mins, or until the Melts have started to melt and brown slightly.

Put one burger on each bun, and add any garnish/sauce to suit your taste. They're perfect on their own though!

Don't add any fat to the pan - the burgers don't need it, and they'll cook fine without. Take care removing the frying pan from under the grill - the handle could be hot.
