Steak with feta and red pepper bake recipe

Preheat oven to 180 degrees c.

Season the steaks with salt and pepper then set aside.

Cut up peppers into large chunks and scatter on non-stick baking tray, crumble over Feta and sprinkle some dried basil (can use fresh at end). Drizzle some olive oil over top and season as desired. Put into oven on middle shelf.

As cheese is starting to colour heat up frying pan, cook steaks to preference and rest.

When peppers have softened and cheese has turned golden on top, remove from oven, pour over Tzatziki and serve immediately with jacket potaotoes or chips.

Use fresh basil for added flavour.
