Steamed asparagus with creme fraiche HERO
In a small bowl, mix the crème fraîche, vinegar, mustard and herbs.

Season and mix again.

Blanch or steam the asparagus for 2 minutes just before serving.

Arrange on 4 plates, spoon over the sauce to serve.
