Steamed new season potatoes HERO

Make sure your steamer has a tight-fitting lid; wash the potatoes and add them when the water is boiling and gently steam for 20 minutes.

Test with a small knife to see if they're done (sometimes steaming can take a little longer).

Toss in a little olive oil, season and serve.
