Cut the steak into thin strips and put in a non-metallic shallow bowl. Add the oyster and soya sauces and lime juice. If possible, leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Heat the oil in a wok or large non-stick frying pan and stir-fry the beef strips, mangetout, red pepper, sweetorn and chilli for 2 minutes over high heat. Add the sugar, any remaining marinade in the dish and the beef stock and cornflour and stir for a further 2 minutes over medium high heat.
Serve garnished with the coriander leaves.
Tip - Try serving each portion with ¼ pack Tesco Microwave Basmati Rice mixed with 50g steamed fresh beansprouts – adds 117 calories.
