Stir-fried Brussels sprouts with orange recipe

Cut each sprout into halves or quarters. Heat the olive oil and butter in a frying pan. Add the onion and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the sprouts and increase the heat to high.

Stir-fry for a further 3-4 minutes and then add the orange zest and caraway seeds. Fry for 1-2 minutes and serve.
