Chop the potatoes to rough chips, spray a baking tray with oil and place them on then spray the potatoes with oil, place in oven to cook.

Heat the Philadelphia in the microwave for 90 seconds and turn on your oven to pre heat at has mark 6
Open the tomatoes and tuna, drain the tuna and mix both together
In an oven proof dish cover the bottom with the tuna and tomato mix and cover with sheets
Open the anchovies and place the whole tin over the lasagna sheets
Add the remainder of the tomato and tuna mix over the anchovies and top with a final layer of lasagna
Pour the warm soft cream cheese over the lasagna sheets to cover
Top with the grated cheese
Bake for the time recommended on the lasagna usually 40 mins

Use an oblong dish that is not too large, mine is about 12 inches by 6 inches and around 6 inches deep

Omit the anchovies and add some peppers if you prefer

Great served with salad
