Slice the potatoes (leaving the skin on) and the onions. Fry gently in butter then add the beef stock, just covering the potato and onion mix.
Cook gently until the potatoes are tender then add a splash of Worcester sauce and lots of black pepper.
Serve with spring greens or curly kale.
