Divide the oats between four bowls. Pour 100ml of milk into each bowl, cover with cling film and place in the fridge overnight. This will enable the oats to soak up the milk becoming soft and creamy.
The next morning loosen with a splash more milk if necessary, add the sliced strawberries and drizzle over the elderflower cordial (approx. tsp per bowl). Eat immediately.
Use raspberries instead of strawberries and drizzle a little honey over instead of elderflower.
